Early in her career, Yvette served the Pilsen Little Village community, working with adults, families, and children. She subsequently worked in crisis intervention for various hospitals throughout Chicagoland before starting her own practice, Therapy4U-Chicago in 2010. In response to the increased need for mental health services due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Yvette established InTouch Mind Health. Yvette enjoys working with individuals of all ages but specializes in working with young adult, and geriatric populations.

Melody is a state-licensed clinical social worker. She obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. She began her career in Benton Harbor, Michigan, at an emergency shelter for women and children. There, she helped teen moms and dads who were pregnant or raising children at home. Melody then returned to the Chicago area, where she provided individual and group therapy to women and their children while they were treated for substance use disorder in an inpatient setting.
